A brand new empty warehouse presented the opportunity to help the space feel inviting for guests to attend a dinner for the opening of the building.
The brief aimed to create a classy mood in the midst of an empty space that would be full of trucks and forklifts day to day. The use of LED, a wide range of lighting, draping and audio to cover a large space was deployed to bring this space to life.
The key points of the brief were as follows;
Arrival area with band playing
Main auditorium for dinner and speeches
Displaying content on a large scale, in a light room.
Lighting to help illuminate the key features of this new building.
Audio – Point source small format system to remain out of camera shots
Lighting – Room wash with Effects lighting
Visual – LED backdrop and TV’s for media content
Technical Operators – SX, AV and LX
