The Chamber of Commerce are a long standing client with who we try to bring new and innovative production design to each year.
This event brief changed a number of times to suit the ever-changing Covid-19 Restrictions. This year the awards was a hybrid event with a small in-room audience and the majority of guests attending online. This presented us with two criteria;
Provide a live audience experience that was engaging and created ambience for the livestream audience
Ensure the online audience felt connected to the in-person event.
The design was kept simple to allow the location (Farmer Auto Village) to stand out and shine.
Audio – Point source small format system to remain out of camera shots
Lighting – Room wash with Effects lighting
Visual – LED backdrop and TV’s for media content
Livestream – End to end Livestream service, streamed to YouTube.
Show Caller – A client rep keeping the show on time and to schedule
Technical Operators – SX, AV, Livestream, LX team.
